Pav-Bhaji Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 cup boiled & smashed  potato
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp pavbhaji masala
  • 1/2-1 tsp garam masala
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • freshly chopped coriander 
  • brown bread slice
  • melted butter

Steps-

  • In a bowl all chopped ingredients, cheese, spices and potato. Mix it well.
  • Apply the batter/mixture on bread slice, cover it properly from one side.
  • Sprinkle some coriander on top, brush bread slice with some melted butter.
  • Cook on grill + convection mode at 180C for 10min in microwave. Or i a pan add some butter and grill it on low flame (cover the pan with lid for 2min).
  • Serve it hot with ketchup.
